Terms & Conditions:

Unless faulty, a returned electric bike must be as new and un-ridden - please ensure that the size is correct and that you are happy with your bike before riding it.

If accessories have been fitted to the bike, then it is no longer new and in a saleable condition, so you will not be able to return it to us unless it is faulty.

You will need to pay the cost of returning goods to us and the following will apply:

If you live locally you could return the item in person. It will take five working days to process your return.
